Most sunken concrete never needed demolishing

In most of those cases the concrete is fine. What failed is the ground under it. Connecticut's frost line sits at 42 inches, and while house footings reach below it, flatwork sits a few inches down inside the freeze-thaw zone. Water gets in, freezes, washes base material away on the thaw, and leaves a void. The slab drops into it.
Filling that void and raising the slab is a few hours of work, a fraction of the cost, and you park on it the same evening. That's the whole business.
The part we care about getting known for is the other half: telling people when it doesn't apply. Concrete that has spalled through, cracked full depth, or started crumbling can't be lifted into a lasting result. We say that at the inspection instead of selling a lift that won't hold.
