Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

1. Agreement to terms

By using this website or engaging CT Pro Concrete Leveling for work, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable Connecticut and federal laws and regulations.

2. Services

CT Pro Concrete Leveling provides concrete lifting and leveling services for residential and light commercial properties in Hartford County and the Hartford metro, including:

  • Driveway lifting and leveling
  • Garage floor leveling
  • Patio, porch, and pool deck leveling
  • Sidewalk and walkway leveling
  • Concrete step and stoop lifting
  • Interior and basement slab lifting
  • Sub-slab void filling and stabilization
  • Control joint sealing and caulking
  • Light commercial slab repair

3. Estimates and pricing

On-site inspections and written estimates are provided free of charge and carry no obligation. All prices are quoted in US dollars and are based on square footage, the amount of lift required, the volume of void beneath the slab, and site access.

Any cost ranges shown on this website, including per-square-foot figures and calculator outputs, are planning guidance only. The written estimate is the operative figure. If conditions found during work differ materially from those visible at inspection, we will stop and discuss the change with you before continuing.

4. Scheduling and cancellation

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment. Work may be rescheduled by either party where weather or ground conditions would compromise the result. Commercial work can be scheduled around tenant hours by arrangement.

5. Suitability of the work

Concrete leveling raises slabs that have settled but remain structurally sound. Where concrete is spalled through, cracked full depth, or otherwise failed, lifting will not produce a lasting result and we will recommend replacement instead. Any lift performed at a customer's request against that recommendation is carried out at the customer's risk.

6. Material claims

Statements about polyurethane foam properties, including compressive strength, density, cure time, and expected service life, derive from the foam manufacturer's published technical data and are attributable to the manufacturer, not to us.

7. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. We accept cash, check, and credit card. Amounts are due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CT Pro Concrete Leveling is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or from our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Licensing and insurance

CT Pro Concrete Leveling holds Connecticut Home Improvement Contractor registration and carries general liability insurance. Documentation is available on request.

10. Website content and intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and images, is the property of CT Pro Concrete Leveling and is protected by copyright. Content is provided for general information and does not constitute engineering advice for a specific property.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the date at the top shows when they were last revised.
